After working for more than 20 years in the accounting profession, I was driven to provide clients with a more personalised, attentive business advisory service. In 2010, I sought out an opportunity to establish my consultancy, Denise Griffiths Business Services [DGBS].
Having worked in large, medium and small-sized accounting firms, I have gained extensive experience as a taxation advisor and later as a taxation compliance manager for various industry sectors and client types.
As a business owner myself, I understand the needs of clients and the importance of staying up-to-date with trends, technology, tax law and compliance, as well as the various stages of a business such as start-ups, succession planning, acquisitions and developing growth strategies.
Currently clients include companies, trusts, self-managed super funds [SMSF], partnerships, sole traders and individuals. We strive for and enjoy being able to build professional and long-term relationships based on trust with a passion to provide clients with the support and accountability they require to fulfil their business needs.
